The staff really stood out. they were extremely helpful when my initial tour was canceled. They helped me find an individual guide in just a couple of days, which was a huge relief. On the downside, I wish there had been a coffee machine in the room, and the furnishings felt a bit outdated. Also, the WiFi was pretty weak in my room. However, everything else made for a lovely stay.

Just a solid selection for a weekend outing in Puerto Natales with outstanding value. The staff was extremely pleasant, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Try asking them for local dining recommendations for some hidden gems.
